Bearly baking over here. Been wanting to bake some fresh homemade bagels for a while now. Finally getting around to it. Found a japanese bagel youtube recipe that I am following. It’s coming together will see how they look in the morning after proofing overnight in the fridge.
TGITS
Science Saru was an interesting choice for ‘The Ghost in the shell’ just finished S1. Took me a minute to catch up since it finished a while ago. I love how animated this version of the show came out to be. I want to watch it all again but in English dub to catch on some nuances I missed week to week. Overall very happy with the direction and on par with the original.
Bob’s Burgers For People Who Haven’t Watched It
I am a big fan of Bob’s Burger and this animation is a concentrated version of why.
Steam Control This
Valve finally deems it permissible for me to be able to buy a steam controller.
Back to Mac
For the sake of convenience I lost something that worked. I wanted to switch between mac and pc using the Dell monitor built in protocol. But what I lost is a good audio management app on the mac. I want SoundSource back in my mac.
