Car Nubs

I have a dream. It’s a simple dream. Give my car 3D printed ear nubs that attach to the roof. I am close and it will happen one day. Going to update this post when I am able to add more progress. The idea is to use the attachment interface that already exists on top of the roof for Rav4 official accessories. I believe the connection point is either a M5 or M8 screw hole. Easy to find a screw that size so now I just need to design something that will fit the compound curve.

Right back into it. I printed this bit a while ago trying to adjust and match to the compound curve of the gap where the nubs would attach. There is a still a lot of work that needs to be done to print an actual prototype of the nub. Might have to get a different filament type because of where it is going to live at the end.
